My boyfriend hates sour cream and the last time we ordered room service he said 5 different times please no sour cream and they still put it on there, with extra on the side too. Same nasty food every day and room service knew NO english. The head of security informed us that they would deal with it before we left and when we confronted him the next morning he said we had never showed him that we could break in and our door was faulty so the staff was extremely sketchy and i felt unsafe the whole trip. Also i showed security that i could break into our own room just by slipping the card between the door and lock so it was THEIR responsibility and liability that it was taken. I do NOT trust the employees they barely spoke any english or at least pretended not to and would not do anything about the stolen cash. The strange thing is is it seemed as if the person who took it knew exactly where to look because nothing else was missing only cash right from his wallet, his bag was even zipped back up. We mentioned it during our stay but it was never cleaned. Also there was a trail of drips coming into our room from the room above ours that honestly looked like dried blood and there was a LOT of it. When we first arrived there was puke in our toilet already, and it appeared to not have been cleaned at all since the last guests. To start, our room 2027 was extremely dirty. My spa experience could have been better. I am still very upset about it and regret not having done something to protect other customers from humiliation. I felt I should have put an official complain with the hotel manager but I assumed that they provably were all in the dealing and voted against. That incident put a big stain in our time in that location. No client should endure that kind of pressure when we work hard to save for vacation. Who, after 4 hours of talkin going from different rank sales people can no respect their commitment and drill on pressure to finally end up degrading the customer with "all you care about is the promotion prize and now you don't allow us to complete out transaction and we are not getting out bonus.bla bla" feeling humiliated we signed off on the luring prize of $100.00 credit to use in the resourt. They allow and support their affiliates to set them up with their luring, no pressure program presentation of 90 minutes. Perhaps more concerning is their affiliation with timeshare.
